Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking an RN for weekend coverage (Friday–Sunday) with a night shift (7pm–7:30am) in St. Louis.

The position offers $20.00 per hour plus a weekend differential and a $20,000 bonus for experienced nurses. Candidates must have completed a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and hold an RN license with BLS either current or within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or a compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Position Details

RN-Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

FT-Nights 7pm-7:30am

$20.00/hr WEO Differential

$20k bonus for experienced nurses

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
