Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for weekend night duties (Fri, Sat, Sun) with 7pm–7:30am shifts. The role offers $20.00/hr with a weekend differential and a $20k bonus for experienced nurses. Requires graduation from a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and an active RN license (state or compact). BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Position Details:

RN-Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

FT-Nights 7pm-7:30am

$20.00/hr WEO Differential

$20k bonus for experienced nurses

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

- Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
