Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Manager to drive clinical leadership for a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood. You will mentor staff, oversee medication management, and coordinate care to deliver high-quality, person-centered services.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance improvement, and collaboration with AL and Memory Care teams to improve resident outcomes and staff engagement. Excellent communication and EMR proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN practice.
• Management experience in licensed setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Coordinate resident pre-screening/admission and ongoing assessments.
• Maintain individualized service plans in collaboration with care teams.
• Monitor outside services and integrate plans into resident care.
• Lead and participate in care meetings and quality initiatives.
