Job summary
Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Manager to lead a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood. You will oversee clinical services, mentor nursing staff, and ensure safe, person-centered care with strong collaboration across teams.
You will coach, precept, and develop clinical staff while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations and fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state they operate.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Management experience within Home Health, Assisted Living, or Memory Care preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, including medication, pain, wound, nutrition and respiratory care.
- Coordinate resident pre-screening/admission and ongoing assessments with ALM and care teams.
- Maintain and update individualized service plans in collaboration with staff.
- Coordinate outside services (hospice, therapy, home health) and integrate plans into resident care.
- Track clinical quality indicators and implement corrective actions; participate in PI/RM/S meetings.
