Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Manager to lead a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood. You will oversee clinical services, mentor nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Current RN license in the state of operation.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience is required.
• Management experience in Home Health, Assisted Living, or Memory Care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood and deliver safe, person-centered care.
• Lead coordination, implementation, and evaluation of clinical services.
• Coach, mentor, and precept nursing staff to grow clinical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with ALM and care teams to align care plans with resident goals.
