Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Wellness Manager to join our clinical leadership team. This hands-on RN leader will oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered care and driving coaching and precepting of nursing staff.

You'll coordinate clinical services, participate in care planning, and partner with the AL Manager to ensure resident needs align with plans, regulatory requirements, and our mission of excellence.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood.
• Coordinate and evaluate clinical services for safety and quality.
• Coach, mentor and precept nursing staff to build clinical expertise.
