Job summary
Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Manager to join our Clinical Leadership Team. You will oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered care while coaching and precepting nursing staff.

Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of operation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Management experience within a Home Health, Assisted Living, or Memory Care setting preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical services while fostering excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Coach, mentor, and precept nursing staff to build clinical expertise.
- Lead compliance with state, local, and company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with ALM and care teams to maintain updated resident service plans and ensure integration of outside services.
