Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Wellness Manager to join our Clinical Leadership Team. This RN leader will oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood, coordinating clinical services and mentoring nursing staff to deliver safe, person-centered care.

You will coach, precept, and evaluate staff, participate in care planning, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years as a registered nurse.
• Management experience within Home Health, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care licensed settings preferred.
• Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services for the Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.
• Coordinate resident care plans, medication management, pain management and wound care.
• Coach, mentor and precept nursing staff to build clinical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and company policies and regulations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in care-team meetings.
