Job summary

Mercy is seeking registered nurses to join a 4B Cardiac Unit team, providing patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and established nursing process. You will coordinate with multiple departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

This role offers weekend work (Friday–Sunday, 7p–7a) with orientation, a Nurse Residency available, and several sign-on bonuses based on RN experience. Comprehensive benefits and retirement plans are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with other departments.

Position Details:

Will work every Weekend Friday, Sat, Sun 7p-7a once off orientation

The 4B Cardiac Unit, comprised of 31 beds, focuses on adult Cardiac patient, Drug loading, post Angio, CHF, vascular and medical patients. Shift schedules include days (0700-1900) and nights (1900-0700), with weekend rotation every 2 weeks. Clinical skills include:
