Job summary

Mercy Springfield seeks registered nurses to provide compassionate patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will coordinate patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include weekend 7p-7a shifts after orientation, with a comprehensive benefits package and access to residency programs. Highly motivated RNs with active state licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Maintain current RN license in hiring state/compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 30 days of hire.

The 4B Cardiac Unit, comprised of 31 beds, focuses on adult Cardiac patient, Drug loading, post Angio, CHF, vascular and medical patients. Shift schedules include days (0700-1900) and nights (1900-0700), with weekend rotation every 2 weeks. Clinical skills include:
