Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland is seeking an RN for the Weekender Flex Program in the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute. This position supports two 12-hour weekend shifts and one weekday shift, totaling 36 hours; eligible for 44 hours pay and full-time benefits.
You will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, monitor patients, administer meds, and educate families in a high-acuity cardiac and emergency setting.

This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule.
