Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an RN for the Liver OR within the Main Campus. This Weekender Flex role features two 12-hour weekend shifts plus one weekday 12-hour day shift, totaling 36 hours paid at 44. Cleveland Clinic’s Liver OR and Transplant program has over 30 years of experience and is the largest liver transplant program in the nation. The Liver Transplant Team at Cleveland Clinic is comprised of surgeons, liver transplant physicians, coordinators, nurses, social workers and a vast network of people and resources to make the liver transplant process as smooth as possible.
This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour day shift during the week. While you are only working36 hoursa week, Cleveland Clinic will payyou for44 hoursof work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule.
How You’ll Benefit
A caregiver in this position works weekend days after orientation (Saturday and Sunday) + one day/night shift from 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Orientation is 6 months Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 pounds and ability to push, pull, and navigate supply carts weighing > than 75 pounds periodically
