Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking an RN Weekend Warrior for our 3rd shift—Friday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This part-time role includes weekend incentive pay and a consistent night-shift schedule designed to maximize earnings while maintaining patient care excellence.

Join our caring team to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete assessments, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure top-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

Active North Carolina RN license is required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR certification is required.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
Communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
Provide wound care and other skilled services as needed.
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure high-quality, compassionate care during night hours.
