Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center in Pineville, NC, is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Weekend Warrior to join our 3rd shift nursing team. This part-time role offers an agency-free environment and additional weekend incentive pay.

The LPN will provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support residents during the night shift on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR certification.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable and committed to working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM-7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation.
Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
Communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Help ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.

Weekend Warrior Schedule

About the Role

As an LPN on our 3rd Shift Weekend Warrior team, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working alongside our nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:
