Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a dependable RN for the Weekend Warrior 3rd Shift. You will join a stable, agency-free team and provide compassionate nursing care on Friday through Sunday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with weekend incentive pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
• Communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.

Weekend Warrior Schedule

• Part-Time
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Additional Weekend Warrior Incentive Pay
• Competitive base pay + applicable shift differentials

About the Role

As an RN on our 3rd Shift Weekend Warrior team, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working alongside our nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:
