Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a dependable LPN for a Weekend Warrior role on a 3rd shift schedule (Fri–Sun, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). This part-time position offers additional incentive pay on top of base pay and a consistent weekend schedule.

You’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care during night hours. Prior LTC experience is preferred and NC LPN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to working Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
• Communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.
