Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center invites an experienced RN to join as a Weekend Warrior. This on-site role features a unique schedule: work five weekends in a row and take the sixth weekend off, covering shifts from 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am.

You will provide patient care per care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and document findings accurately. Massachusetts RN license and BLS CPR are required; we offer benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow the plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and outcomes.

Shift - 3pm - 11pm

11pm-7am

RN: $55 per hour + Shift Differential's!

Same Day Pay!

Responsibilities of RN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment


• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager


• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)


• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly


• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN/RN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/RN in the state of Massachusetts


• Ability to work with multiple patients at once


• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
