Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Health Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior LPN to provide skilled nursing care in a sub-acute and long-term care setting. The schedule features five weekends in a row with the sixth off, with shifts from 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7am, and a base rate of $50 per hour plus shift differentials.

Compensation includes same-day pay, tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental, a 401(k) with match, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards of nursing practice and the plan of care.
• Follow the plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders.

Shift - 3pm - 11pm

11pm-7am

LPN: $50 per hour + Shift Differential's!

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN/RN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/RN in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
