Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. You will provide patient-centered care on weekend shifts, following the written plan of care and physician orders, and collaborate with the Nurse Manager to meet resident needs.

The role offers a consistent weekend schedule (two days on, two days off pattern) with 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am shifts, competitive pay at $55 per hour plus shift differentials, and

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with nursing standards and the written plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders.

Responsibilities of RN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment


• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager


• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)


• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly


• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN/RN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/RN in the state of Massachusetts


• Ability to work with multiple patients at once


• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
