Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior LPN to join our sub-acute and long-term care team in Haverhill, MA. Work 5 weekends in a row (Sat-Sun) with the 6th off; shifts 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. Earn $50 per hour plus shift differentials and enjoy same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/RN license in MA.
• Ability to manage multiple patients.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician's plan.
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN/RN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/RN in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
