Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center invites applications for Weekend Warrior RN/LPN roles. PRN opportunities with a 7AM-3PM shift; schedule 5 weekends in a row, then the 6th weekend off; daily pay available. RN pay $55/hour, LPN pay $50/hour, all inclusive. Applicants must hold an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Schedule: Work 5 weekends in a row, Saturday & Sunday, get the 6th off!

Daily Pay!

RN PAY: $55 an hour (all inclusive)

LPN PAY: $50 an hour (all inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
