Carolina Rehab Center of Burke is recruiting an RN House Supervisor for our 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Connelly Springs, NC. We seek a compassionate nurse who will lead with warmth and professionalism to support patients and families.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the nursing department in the DON's absence, manage staffing and assignments, perform patient care rounds, coordinate admissions/transfers/discharges, ensure documentation quality, and guide

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department in the DON's absence.
• Review shift staffing and adjust assignments.
• Complete patient care rounds.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in orientation of evening and night shift staff.
• Supervise and evaluate evening and night shift staff.
