Job summary

Charlotte Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN House Supervisor for our 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Charlotte. We are looking for caring, warm-hearted nurses to provide meaningful work and personal connection with patients and families.

The Weekend RN Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence, reviews staffing, completes rounds, coordinates admissions/transfers/discharges, and orients evening/night shift staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience supervising shifts in an acute setting.
• Strong patient care and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department in DON's absence.
• Review staffing and assign/replace staff per shift.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges; ensure documentation.
• Orient evening and night shift staff; supervise and evaluate shifts.
