Job summary

Charlotte Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN House Supervisor for our 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Charlotte, NC. The Weekend RN Supervisor will oversee nursing operations in the DON’s absence and coordinate staff to meet patient care needs.

Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN with at least 3 years of nursing experience, including acute care. We offer a 401K plan and a supportive team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department in DON's absence.
• Review and adjust staffing per shift to meet patient care needs.
• Complete patient care rounds and coordinate admissions, transfers, or discharges.
• Assist new evening/night shift orientation.
• Supervise and evaluate evening/night shift staff.

The Weekend RN Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence. The House Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. Completes patient care rounds. Coordinates admissions, transfers and /or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation. Assists in orientation of evening and night shift employees. Supervises and evaluates evening and night shift employees.

Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse as well as experience in acute setting.
