Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation seeks an RN Weekend Supervisor to join our care team in Elizabeth City, NC. This role oversees clinical operations, supervises nurses and CNAs, interfaces with physicians, and coordinates care for our residents with a focus on quality and safety.

The successful candidate will hold an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in North Carolina, have 1–3 years of RN experience (long-term care preferred), and be prepared to provide and lead clinical education

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• 1–3 years of RN experience, long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of the unit and staff.
• Supervise nurses and CNAs, interface with physicians.
• Provide QI reporting and clinical expertise to staff as needed.
• Care for clinically acute residents and coordinate services.
