Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Hertford, NC is seeking a strong and compassionate Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership Friday through Sunday. This role offers a consistent weekend leadership opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

As the on-duty clinical leader, you will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, manage weekend operations, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver

Qualifications

Active NC RN license required.
Minimum 1 year in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication abilities; sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during weekend shifts.
Ensure high-quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.
Respond to clinical concerns, emergencies, and family needs.
