Qualifications

• Current, active State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends consistently.

Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care.
• Overseeing daily nursing operations in LTC/SNF.
• Administering medications and treatments as needed.
