CommCare Corporation in Louisiana is seeking an RN, Every Other Weekend Supervisor for Chateau de Notre Dame Community Care Center. The role supervises the Nursing Department, ensures quality care, and provides clinical leadership while coordinating with resident services.

The ideal candidate holds a Louisiana RN license, demonstrates leadership, and is available to work weekends. Long-term care experience is preferred, and eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid participation is required.

Essential Qualifications:

• Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
• Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
• Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
• Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
• Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

• Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
• Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
