Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care on weekends in a Florida facility.

The role requires supervising RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Medication Aids, conducting resident assessments, and maintaining rigorous documentation with a focus on safety and infection control. A valid RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
