Job summary

CommCare Corporation in Louisiana is seeking an RN, Every Other Weekend Supervisor for Chateau de Notre Dame Community Care Center. The role supervises the Nursing Department, ensures quality care, and provides clinical leadership while coordinating with resident services.

The ideal candidate holds a Louisiana RN license, demonstrates leadership, and is available to work weekends. Long-term care experience is preferred, and eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid participation is required.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN license.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Not excluded from Medicare/Medicaid programs.
• Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
• Adhere to departmental budget.
• Evaluate geriatric residents’ needs and implement systems.
• Follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without direct supervision.
• Ensure residents receive high levels of care and provide clinical leadership.
