Qualifications

• RN license (Oklahoma) is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ year of LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nurses follow policies and procedures.
• Train new team members and evaluate nurses’ performance.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
