Job summary

Wildewood Skilled Nursing & Therapy seeks an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in Oklahoma City. The role emphasizes strong leadership, empathy, and exceptional communication to coordinate care and ensure policy compliance.

The candidate will train staff, monitor performance, and provide updates to families about procedures and instructions, while maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma RN License.
• Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
• Train new team members and evaluate nurses’ performance.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to residents, family and friends.
