Job summary

The Regency Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. This leadership role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus a deep understanding of long-term care operations and patient-centered service.

A Weekend Supervisor needs exceptional leadership skills and organizational skills to manage nursing operations effectively. They must have great interpersonal communication, a strong sense of empathy, and well developed long-term care understanding.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.

Required Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred.
