Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing service objectives, goals, and standards aligned with licensure and Nurse Practice Act.
• Assesses staffing patterns with Director of Nursing to meet resident needs.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Oversees care plans and ensures quality nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions and documents changes in charts.
• Directs and coordinates subordinates and assigns duties.
