Job summary

Complete Care at La Plata is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate resident care in a part-time role with weekend shifts. The position requires a Maryland RN license and prior long-term care experience, with opportunities for advancement and pay negotiable.

Starting pay is $46 per hour and up, with options for day or weekend shifts and no on-call requirements. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN.
• Prior Long Term Care Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Review and audit incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges and maintain records

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
