Job summary

Bryant Health and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate care in short-term rehab and long-term care settings. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will contribute to individualized care plans and ensure high nursing standards.

Requirements include an active GA RN license and graduation from an approved nursing program; prior geriatric or rehab experience and supervisory skills are a plus. This role emphasizes leadership and teamwork on each shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license issued in Georgia and be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Possess physical assessment skills and a strong knowledge of nursing principles.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily unit operations per shift and assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff.
• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet patient needs.

BRYANT HEALTH AND REHAB is hiring a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Registered Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of Nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
2. Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
3. Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing and experience in supervisory capacity are preferred.
