Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Team on weekend nights in Holland, MI. The role offers a full-time schedule of 72 hours per two weeks, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and an extra $1 per hour float incentive.

You will coordinate patient-centered care, educate patients and families, and work collaboratively with the health care team to maintain high nursing standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Current Michigan RN license (or completed by end of orientation).
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Preferred: CCRN, CRN, CNOR, CEN, etc.
• Experience with electronic documentation in hospital settings is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient-centered care and ensure safety and quality.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Lead and delegate tasks within the nursing team and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and comply with Michigan regulations.
