Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts (7pm–7:30am) with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves coordination of patient-centered care, teaching patients and families, and leadership by delegation within a HIPAA-compliant team environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, Michigan RN license (or completion by orientation), and BLS. Preferred are specialty certifications and prior hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program required.
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation) required.
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire) required.

Responsibilities

• The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient centered care.
• The RN coordinates care to achieve desired outcomes, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by delegating and working cooperatively and collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other members of the healthcare team.
• Promotes patient safety by maintaining policies and procedures of the hospital and nursing department, including maintaining the Patient's Bill of Rights.
