Job summary
Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night-shift float. The role requires 2+ years of RN experience in acute care with option for a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
You will provide safe nursing care, support a multidisciplinary team, and help deliver exceptional patient experiences. Eligible applicants must hold an accredited RN program credential and an active Florida/Compact license, with required certifications such as
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
- Current BLS certification at time of hire.
- ACLS/NRP/PALS or CPI-type certifications as specified.
Responsibilities
- Provides safe, competent nursing care per facility policies.
- Demonstrates Service Excellence and strong communication.
- Leads and supports the healthcare team; uses basic computer skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
