Job summary

Mercy Health System seeks an experienced RN for its Mercy Virtual triage program. The role provides 24/7 patient-centered care and involves education, care coordination, and facilitating ED handoffs.

You will work under the Medical Director, maintain licensure, and rely on certifications such as BLS/ACLS where required, contributing to measurable improvements in patient outcomes while aligning with Mercy policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program with RN licensure required.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure required.
• 2-3 years of recent Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs, scheduling, and support for patients in Mercy's Intense Care Coordination program across the care continuum.
• Perform nursing duties in the vAcute program per Medical Director directives and Mercy policies.
