Job summary

The role requires extensive clinical experience, prior administrative training, and a minimum of two years in leadership. You will collaborate with families, physicians, and other departments and participate in weekly meetings and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in a health care facility administration.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations and staff scheduling.
• Assist with treatment and medication administration.
• Assist with Admissions and patient transfers.
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
• Conduct daily audits of new admission charts.
• Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments.
• Investigate incident reports and follow up.
• Manage staff assignments to ensure quality of care.
• Report on patient conditions at weekly risk meetings.
• Participate in annual staff evaluations.
• Take on-call hours on weekends and holidays as assigned.
