Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Administrative experience and training in nursing and administration.
• Strong clinical knowledge in gerontology and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations, implementing policies and procedures for efficient care.
• Assist with treatment and medication administration per regulations.
• Participate in admissions with assessments and care plans.
• Attend weekly meetings with the healthcare team.
• Conduct daily audits of new admission charts for accuracy.
