Genesis Administrative Services LLC in the United States is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing with delivering high-quality patient and resident care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

You will lead nursing unit operations, ensure care aligns with standards and regulations, collaborate with staff and physicians, and manage HR within the unit, including overtime control, recruitment, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Must be a new hire to receive the $6,000 Sign-On Bonus!
• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing unit operations and patient/catient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and rehab therapy to optimize patient outcomes.
