The Suites of Someren Glen in Centennial, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse II to lead a Neighborhood/Unit team within our skilled nursing and rehab program. You will oversee care partners, mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, and uphold our commitment to high-quality resident care.

You will ensure PPS and MDS compliance, manage daily operations, and tailor care to residents’ needs while supporting a collaborative, detail-oriented leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Nurse leadership with rehab and skilled nursing experience.
• Oversees care partners training and mentorship of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Ensures PPS and MDS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ changing needs and communicate updates to the care team.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments to identify resident needs.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technology to enhance resident care.
