Preferred Care Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our facility. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will lead nursing staff, implement clinical protocols, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality improvements while ensuring accurate ICD-10 documentation and staff training in behavioral health and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing management or similar role.
• Knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and sterile processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff, provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration.
• Oversee implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
• Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures.
• Address staffing issues or conflicts to maintain a cohesive work environment.
