Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Proven experience in a nursing management role
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and sterile processing
• Proficiency in medication administration and IV infusion protocols
• Experience in team management with excellent communication skills
• Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration
• Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards
• Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures
• Address staffing issues or conflicts to maintain a cohesive work environment
