Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in nursing management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and infection control practices.
• Proficiency in medication administration and IV infusion protocols.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for documentation.
• Experience in leading teams with excellent communication skills.
• Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration.
• Oversee clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
• Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures.
• Address staffing issues or conflicts to maintain a cohesive work environment.
