Job summary

Adventist Health Delano is seeking a registered nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in a full-service hospital setting. The position requires RN licensure in the state of practice, and CPR/BLS certification; ACLS/ALS certification is also required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state of practice.

• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff; coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
• Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
