ExcelCare At the Pines in Atlantic City, NJ, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and support admissions, discharges, and care planning in a person-centered care environment. This leadership role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs on the unit.
• Ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Completing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participating in care plan meetings and collaborating with other departments to support resident needs.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Addressing staff concerns and helping maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
