Apploi is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager in New Jersey to lead a post-acute care and rehabilitation unit. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure compassionate, individualized resident care.

You will work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to monitor health status and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a positive, resident-centered culture.

Formación

• Current, valid New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• A commitment to resident dignity, safety and quality of care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate, individualized resident care.
• Monitor documentation, care plans, med administration, and nursing practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes in health status.
• Promote compliance with regulations and infection prevention standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and education.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement in outcomes.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered culture across the team.
